Nielsen BookData provides a range of services to the book industry internationally, aiding the discovery and purchase, distribution and sales measurement of books.

We offer the largest and most comprehensive bibliographic database, BookData Online, with over 43 million title records to discover, as well as a record supply service to populate bookseller, library and publisher websites.

Our Research services provide retail sales analysis for print books alongside research from our Books and Consumer Survey. For publishers we offer a range of services from adding your metadata to our database to promotional tools to help market your book.

We employ around 100 staff and have offices in New Zealand, the UK, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, India, Italy, South Africa and Spain. Nielsen BookData is wholly owned by NielsenIQ.
